These flywheels have a replaceable heat-treated steel friction surface, crank trigger, flywheel bolts, and OEM ring gear. Weight is 10 pounds. They are designed to use the factory type pressure plate for easy installation.
In general, an aluminum flywheel is one of the greatest bang-for-your-buck upgrades you can do.
