Drive Shaft Rebuild Service – E30

Product Description

This is a rebuild service for your provided driveshaft. We completely rebuild and balance your driveshaft. We use only OEM BMW u-joints and an OEM or better center bearing. A new nose bushing will also be installed.

HOW TO ORDER:
Email pmccarthy.iem@gmail.com photos of your driveshaft, specifically the center joint and end joint. This is to ensure the unit is rebuildable. If your driveshaft is rebuildable, go ahead and place your order online.  You will be contacted via email about where to ship you driveshaft. You MUST send your core for rebuild, we do not carry any cores for sale. Please budget for a couple week turn-around so as to not get yourself into a bind. Your core is BAD if:

• the u-joints are not staked.
• it has dents, cracks, bends, or twists.
• it has repairs in the middle of the tube.
• the u-joints have already been re-staked once before.

SHIPPING:

We will no longer be accepting driveshaft core deliveries at our location. Email pmccarthy.iem@gmail.com with pictures of your driveshaft to ensure the core is good, and we will provide the shipping address to you. ANY DRIVESHAFTS SHIPPED TO US WILL INCUR ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEES!!!!

Local customers (Southern California) that wish to drop off their driveshafts are welcome to do so, please be advised you will be paying for shipping of your driveshaft to our rebuilder and for return shipping as well. These fees can fluctuate so they are not listed but you will be told the cost prior to the shipment being made.
