Complete “Stage 3″ racing strut assemblies for 2002. These are fully assembled racing struts with 1.81″ (46mm) I.D. tubes ready for installation on your vehicle. The strut housings are also 2” shorter than stock 2002 housings. These also include (but not pictured) welded on tabs for strut tube mounted sway bars.
These struts are adjustable for ride height, rebound, camber and have a fixed caster offset built into the top mount. A certain amount of camber is also added into the strut housing itself, about 1.5 degrees. Assemblies include Koni 8610 racing inserts, 2.5″ ID springs, adjustable spring perches, adjustable racing camber plates and mounting hardware. Spring rates and lengths are selectable dependent on you usage/application. A street driven car would typically use between a 6″-8″ spring at about 275lb-400lb (the shorter the spring the stiffer the spring).
