Replacement distributor cap for M20/M30 engine.
If your idle is rough and/or if your car is running poorly, there’s a good chance it’s the distributor cap and rotor. (You should replace the spark plugs as well, and check the plug wires.) It’s realistic to expect to change the cap & rotor every 30,000 miles.
