The single row cam sprocket was used as a mass-reducing upgrade for earlier M10 engines and as stock replacement for later M10s. If switching to a single-row configuration from a dual-row, you’ll also need the matching single-row crankshaft sprocket and timing chain.
We like these on race engines.
