Information for International Customers

All prices are in US dollars.
We cannot quote prices in other currencies. If payment is made by credit card or bank transfer, the currency exchange will automatically be handled by the banks. There are no US taxes on exported goods.

We must have your credit card security code to process your order.
When placing an order on our web site, please include your credit card's 3 or 4-digit security code (from the back of the card) and enter it in the comments section of the checkout page. Or, if you prefer, you can e-mail it to us using the e-mail address on the website. We cannot process international orders without the security code.

Where we ship and shipping freight estimates.
We can ship to Europe, most of Asia, South America, Central America and Canada. We will gladly supply freight estimates upon request. Freight estimates are not binding - final freight cost will be determined at time of shipment.

Shipping methods for international orders.
We normally ship using the U.S. Post Office “Express” service. If package size and/or weight do not fit the Post Office restrictions, we will use DHL or UPS. We will not ship by any method which does not supply a tracking number. You can track Post Office shipments at www.usps.com. We are happy to ship to freight forwarders in the USA; in fact, we prefer it.

We add a handling fee of $25.00 USD to each international order to help cover the additional administrative costs of these orders.

Taxes
Unfortunately, we cannot provide false or reduced invoices for tax/customs purposes.
