Due to the HAZARDOUS nature of motorsports, and Ireland Engineering’s inability to control the installation and use of products sold on this web site.

THE PURCHASER AGREES TO ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR USE OF ALL ITEMS PURCHASED FROM IRELAND ENGINEERING.

Product Use

Many items are sold for competition and off road use only. It becomes the sole responsibility of the Customer to ensure that the use of their vehicle and items purchased comply with federal, state and local regulations. Ireland Engineering products are not certified legal for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicles. Performance products are legal in California only for racing vehicles, which may never be used on a public highway.

Shipping Policy
Shipping will be "best method." This usually will be UPS ground service in the continental US but may be DHL or sometimes it may be the post office. A small handling charge is normally added to freight charges to help cover packaging. There is an additional handling fee for international shipments to cover additional paper work and transport to the Post Office. Large items are shipped by truck. Note: Truck shipments are less expensive if addressed to a commercial adress. International orders are always shipped via the post office. No COD orders will be accepted. For international orders payment via wire transfer may be required. All prices are FOB our address.

We can not guarrantee when packages will be delivered. This is the responsibility of the carrier (usually UPS). Customer assumes owership of goods upon shippment. Shipping damage must be reported immediately. We will assist in resolving shipping claims, but can not be responsible for lost or damaged goods. Ireland Engineering will not be responsible for any consequential costs or damages do to shipping delays or damaged/lost goods.

Return Policy
All returns must be authorized by Ireland Engineering to be eligible for refund. Refunds will not include any freight charges. A restocking charge will normally apply unless the product was defective. Customer must return goods in "as new" condition to be eligiable for a refund. Core returns must be received in "good used" condition to receive the core refund. Return shipping costs are customer's responsibility. Shipping damage must be reported to the carrier on receipt. No returns on electrical products. In some cases a manufacturer's warranty may apply.

Privacy Policy
We at Ireland Engineering are committed to protecting your privacy. All your ordering information and personal information is encrypted for maximum security. We pledge never to sell this information to others.

Warranty
It is the intention of Ireland Engineering to sell quality products. We offer a 6 month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. We exclude consequential, incidental, and/or contingent damage of any kind.

We make no warranty as to suitability for intended use and specifically make no warranties for any any parts used in racing or competitive applications.

Purchasers expressly affirm they are relying upon their own skill or judgment to select and purchase suitable goods.
